John R Skelton, Managing Director, Feasibility East Limited
John is a Civil, Water & Environmental Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Previously a Director of a Balfour Beatty Engineering overseas subsidiary and of Mitsubishi Electric UK, he has been the Owner and CEO of Feasibility East Limited (FEL) since inception.
John acts as a Consultant to Knight Piésold & Co., USA an international company of consulting engineers, scientists and technicians offering specialized services related to mining, environment, power, water resources, transportation and construction.
He is also currently Chairman of Bonaly House Management Co. Ltd. (BHMC)
Martin J Skelton, Director, Feasibility East Limited
Martin is a Master Carpenter responsible for set construction in West End Theatres, London; RADA trained in Set Design & Scenic Techniques he holds further industry certification as a Competent Person under COSHH, PUWER, H&S, Risk Assessment and Working at Height Regulations.
Supervising major ‘Get-In’ programmes that are scheduled in weeks & days with zero time deadline tolerances recent credits include Warhorse (New London Theatre), One Man Two Guvnors, Made in Dagenham and Who’s Line Is It Anyway (Adelphi), the latter initiating the 2015 CDM regulation procedures.
Sadie Skelton, Director, Feasibility East Limited
Following first qualification in personnel management from LSE and a career with Power Gas Corporation and Cementation, Sadie undertook further studies from Kent & Sussex Universities to obtain Accreditation in social work and as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist (CQSW, BACP) leading to her appointment as Director, Patient & Family Support 2000~2005 at Harris HospisCare, Bromley.
Her depth of understanding of Human Resources has provided fundamental direction to the development of FEL and is reflected in her voluntary work in the establishment of Hospice Care provision in Sri Lanka and providing Counselling services following the Tsunami.
Feasibility East Limited provides project management services primarily in the power & industrial sectors for Investors, IFI's (International Finance Institutions), Developers, Contractors and Consultants acting as Owners Representative for:
IPP (Independent Power Producer)
FDI (Foreign Direct Investment)
PFI (Private Finance Initiative) developments.
